Privacy Policy

Equinox College Consulting is run by two people. We collect as little as possible and we never sell anything about you.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, whether you are a parent or student, and your message. If you book a call, our scheduling tool collects your name, email, and the answers you give on the booking form. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to do the work: your student's academic details, essays, school list, and the financial aid figures you choose to share with us. If you pay us, our payment processor handles your card or bank details. We never see or store them.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, to schedule calls, and to do the work you hired us for. That is all. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not send marketing email to people who did not ask for it.
Who else touches it
A small number of services process information on our behalf: our scheduling tool, our payment processor, our email delivery service, our file storage, and basic website analytics that count page visits. Each of them has its own privacy policy.
Your student's information stays private
Client materials are shared only between the student, the parent or guardian, and Equinox. We never share one family's information with another family, and we never share it with colleges, high schools, or anyone else, except where required by law.
Keeping it, and deleting it
We keep client materials through the application season so we can do the work. After the season ends, write to us at hello@equinoxcollegeconsulting.com and we will delete your family's materials from our systems.
Analytics
We count page visits so we know whether the website is working. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run ad trackers.
